When you install Subflow, we access the following from your store with your permission:
If you connect your WhatsApp Business API account, we process message delivery receipts (sent, delivered, read) to show you engagement metrics. We do not store message content after delivery.
We collect anonymised usage events to improve the product. This data is not linked to individual customers of your store.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on Render (render.com) and MongoDB Atlas, both maintaining industry-standard security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We retain data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after you uninstall.
As a Subflow merchant, you are the data controller for your customers' personal information. You are responsible for ensuring your customers have consented to receiving WhatsApp messages from your brand before enabling Subflow's reminder features.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold. Email privacy@subflow.app — we respond within 30 days.
We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

By installing Subflow from the Shopify App Store, you agree to these terms. Please read them before installing.
"Subflow", "we", "us", or "our" refers to AdityaxInnovations, Pune, India. "You" or "merchant" refers to the Shopify store owner who installs Subflow. "App" refers to the Subflow application and all associated services.
You must have a valid, active Shopify store to use Subflow. By installing, you confirm you have authority to bind yourself or your business to these terms and that you are at least 18 years of age.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your internal business operations in connection with your Shopify store. You may not sublicence, resell, or otherwise transfer this right.
You agree not to:
Your use of Subflow's WhatsApp features must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper customer consent before sending WhatsApp messages through Subflow. We may disable WhatsApp features for accounts found to be in violation.
Subflow offers a free Starter plan and paid plans billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
All intellectual property in the App — software, UI designs, trademarks, and documentation — remains the exclusive property of AdityaxInnovations. These terms grant no rights to our IP other than the limited licence in Section 3.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdityaxInnovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdityaxInnovations and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the App. The licence in Section 3 ceases immediately upon termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
We'll provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
